The hotel is a perfect getaway from the busy city life. It's right on the St Lawrence river, and some rooms have a balcony with a sea view. Definitely worth a visit.
This is our third time staying at this hotel. The reason for 3 stars is that the second time we stayed there was a thunderstorm that knocked out the power, we had booked a sea view room at a higher price but they could find no trace of this because the computers had wiped the information. So we ended up staying in a disappointing part of the hotel to end our trip. The hotel didn't even refund us the price difference! We have just finished our third time staying here. The hotel is modern clean and is right on the waterfront. Our room had a sea view and is perfectly located. Our problem this time around was that the AC was malfunctioning. We like to sleep in a cool room and even with the patio door open with the sea breeze it was still 26oc in the room. Someone came to adjust the temperature with a remote control as the controls in the room don't work. The AC worked for 10 mins before it started blowing warm air again. It's easy to say we had a rough sleep at this hotel. When checking out we mentioned again that there was problems with this room but no apology was given just oh we will have the maintenance person look at it! Disappointing response for the price you pay to stay there. This will probably be the last time myself and my partner stay there as we are curious to see what the other local hotels have to offer.
Beautiful views, modern, clean and spacious rooms. Great bar and restaurant on premise. Indoor and outdoor pool and parking. Great staff, too.
Reeealllyyyy great place. Nice and modern. Staff is great. Everything is clean. Food is amazing. You're on the beach. What else could you ask for?
Visited during a power failure so could not take advantage of the facilities. Staff bent over backwards to try and help out everyone till the power was restored. Located on the shores of the St-Lawrence river. Watched one of the most beautiful sunsets I have ever seen.
